Northern freshmen Gibran Khalil and Logan Bennett won the General Assembly High Honors Award at the Juniata College High School Model UN Conference on November 14th. They competed with students from various Pa. schools by representing countries that actively participate in the United Nations. Students worked in committees to address conflict resolutions and other global issues.
