Around 8:22 Friday night Silver Spring Township Police responded to a report of possible trespassing on the first block of Glendale Drive. Police say when they got on scene they found two small fires inside a house that was under construction. The fire department put the fires out. Police gathered evidence and left the scene around 9:45 p.m.
Around 10:00 p.m. the property owner called police to report noises on the roof. Police say they went back to the scene when the property owner and one other person noticed their vehicles were on fire.
The fires were put out. Police searched the area and found a suspect, who they say is now cooperating with the investigation.
Silver Spring Township Police believe four other males are involved and the investigation continues. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 238-9676 or 591-8242.
