Suspects arrested for armed home invasion claim to be part of gang

Police in York County busted members of a gang in Dover Township who they believe is responsible for a violent home invasion that happened last week.

All three were arrested at their homes in Dover Township Wednesday and police say this gang has a Baltimore connection.

20-year-old Omar Finley, 17-year-old Justin Martinez and 19-year-old Devoid Williams IV were arrested and charged in the home invasion that happened December 4, in the 3700 block of Tiffany Drive in Dover Township.

Court records reveal that they wore masks and when Shawn Shutt opened the apartment door, they punched him and pointed a 22-caliber bolt-action rifle at his wife.

A friend was there as well, he was playing video games at the time, and told police he recognized the three. They looked shocked to see him. The robbers ran off with cell phones and video games.

The accused call themselves the Dover H's-or Dover Heights crew.

Police say the crew's leader is from Baltimore and part of the Homicide Heights crew there. He hasn't been charged.

The woman threatened at gunpoint, Tabitha Shutt speak to us off camera, saying she is relieved the three are behind bars. Her neighbors say the same thing.

"My heart is at peace right now. Because when I heard about that I was kind of shook up because I have a daughter and a stepson that stays over so yeah it shook me up that it was right across the street from us," commented neighbor Marietta Foust.

How were they caught? Facebook!

One of the robbers posted a picture of himself using the phone he allegedly stole and then when police showed up at his home they found it and .22 caliber rifle ammunition.

All three men sit in York County Prison on $1 million bail each.
