The Lebanon County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant this week of 1406 Willow Street in Lebanon City.
The search was the end result of a long investigation after citizens complained about people inside the home being involved in drug activity. The drug operation was in operation around the clock, with dealers providing cocaine and heroin to customers in shifts both out of the home and out of vehicles.
When police entered the home, they found security and surveillance typically seen in large cities. This included fortified doors with multiple locks and wood braces. There also was a surveillance system that showed each of the doors.
While the investigation was taking place, suspected drug uses continued to arrive at the home.
In total, police seized 86 bags of heroin, about 20 bags of crack cocaine, powder cocaine and marijuana. The drugs had a street value of several thousand dollars.
In addition, police seized items that helped with the drug dealing, including high end electronics in one vehicle.
Adelaida Gaston-Vazquez, Juan Rivera-Rivera and Jose Rivera-Rivera were charged.
Gaston-Velazquez, 32 of Lebanon, was charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy. Gaston-Velazquez is at Lebanon County Prison on $800,000 bail.
Juan Rivera-Rivera was charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy. He is in prison on $500,000 bail.
Jose Rivera-Rivera was charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, fleeing and eluding from police, driving without a legal license and criminal conspiracy. Jose Rivera-Rivera fled from police and is still at large.
Anyone with information on Rivera-Rivera’s location, or ant drug trafficking or other criminal activity is urged to contact police.
