UPDATE:

Manheim Borough Police have charged Benjamin Klinger, 19, with Criminal Homicide, homicide by motor vehicle, possession with intent to deliver, aggravated assault by vehicle, recklessly endangering another person, paraphernalia, possession of small amount of marijuana, reckless driving, safe speeds, and roadways laned for traffic.

Samantha Heller, 17, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say Klinger was the driver of the car.  He was traveling westbound on 283 at a high rate of speed and left the roadway at 100 mph. The car traveled 450 feet and struck a guardrail.

It was determined Klinger did intentionally cause the crash, by intentionally driving the car into the guardrail causing traumatic injures to Heller.  After the car came to a stop, Klinger sat on Heller while her face was on the ground, suffocating her.  The coroner determined the suffocation caused her death.

Klinger was arrested at his home.
