For some shoppers, the day after Christmas is a better time to find deals than Black Friday.

At the York Galleria Mall, shoppers are boosting December sales rates, by hitting stores the day after Christmas, searching and finding great deals.
Shopper Sierra Miller said she got some great deals, "I got two sweaters and jeans from American Eagle. And sweaters were half off and jeans were only $30."
The last week of December can make up to 15% of the month's sales for retailers and stores rely on bargain hunters.
The Miller Family spent the day at the mall, not detered by the snowy drive. Cody Miller agrees with reports that spending was down this year. "I spent less, but I was in college struggling a bit but, overall yeah I'd probably agree with that."
But now, with deals staring out from every store, retailers are hoping cash saved before Christmas will turn into post holiday profit.
