The owner of the Soda Jerk Restaurant is in the hospital after being stabbed on Wednesday.
The stabbing occurred around 730 p.m. at the restaurant in the 400 block of East Main Street.
When police officers arrived, George Tsambas, 32 of Wall, New Jersey, and the restaurant manager, was lying on the floor with several stab wounds.
Employee Cory Wagner, 23 of Hummelstown, was also found, he was being subdued by other restaurant employees.
Both Tsambas and Wagner were taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center and admitted for treatment.
Wagner will be put in Dauphin County Prison once released from the hospital.
Tsambas is currently in fair condition.
