Thursday afternoon police were called to a home in the 100 block of North Plum Street in Lancaster of reports that a female was being held against her will. No one answered the door when police arrived. Shortly after a 21-year-old female ran through the front door saying that she had finally gotten away from her boyfriend.
She told police that her boyfriend Randolf Garrison grabbed her by the arms, while she was holding their 1-year-old child and threw her on the couch. He also threatened to murder her if she tried to leave. Garrison eventually let the woman go when police arrived.
Garrison was arrested without incident and is currently in Lancaster County Prison facing charges of simple assault, terroristic threats and false imprisonment.
