The Fairview Township Police Department arrested Thomas Leroy Beers Jr., 32, of Etters for DUI twice within 8 days.
Police stopped Beers on February 23 for a traffic stop on Big Spring Road and was arrested for DUI. Then again on March 2, officers stopped Beers in the 600 block of Old York Road, and was again arrested for DUI.
