Charges are- Aggravated Assault, Criminal Attempt Homicide and Criminal Conspiracy,
James Dennis Abney Jr, DOB - 8/3/86, B/M, 6'1,220lbs.Anyone with information is asked to contact York City Police at 849-2219.
