Police in Lancaster County have charged five teenagers, ages 15 and 16, for 32 robberies and burglaries from last month.
East Hempfield Police will not release the names because they are minors, but they are being charged with just about 60 total charges. Police first arrested the teens back on August 15.
Police say they had stolen a car and then led police on a short chase. They eventually stopped the vehicle in a development in East Hempfield Township and ran.
Neighbors say the teens dropping bats and electronic equipment as they tried to escape.
One neighbor said one of the suspects is the son of a prominent dentist in the Lancaster area.
