State Police in Reading are searching for a woman who escaped from a parole facility known as ADAPPT.
Around 9 a.m., Tuesday, Patricia Meeker signed out of the facility in Reading to go to Career Link to search for a job.
Meeker was due back at the facility at noon. When she failed to return, police issued a warrant for her arrest.
Her current location is unknown.
