In the Jerry Sandusky child sex scandal, a Philadelphia man is linking Sandusky to a child pedophile ring.

His explosive allegations came in the form of an email that he explained to the New York Daily News.

Greg Bucceroni has been vocal before about the Sandusky allegations. But now he is including another football coach in his accusations of a child sex ring, who had already been charged with abusing young boys.

"Between 1977 and 1980, I was a child prostitute associated with a tri-state (NYC-New Jersey-PA) pedophile ring. During the summer of 1979, I was brought to the State College area by Ed Savitz for the purpose of child prostitution with Jerry Sandusky at a Second Mile fundraiser," Bucceroni writes in an email to Poly Prep in Brooklyn.

He sent the email to school leaders because he claims when he was a teenager, their coach Phil Foglietta paid 200 dollars to have sex with him.

Bucceroni says he met Foglietta in 1979 after a Second Mile fundraiser, and was originally supposed to be prostituted to Sandusky.

In his email, the now 48-year-old explains he was a child prostitute involved in a pedophile ring that not only included Sandusky, but also Foglietta, who has been charged with sexually abusing twelve boys.

Ed Savitz was a Philadelphia businessman who died of AIDS days before he was supposed to go on trial for multiple sex abuse charges in 1992.

Also, he claims Lawrence Scott Ward was also involved. Ward was a Wharton School of Business professor who is now in prison for trafficking child porn and videos of himself having sex with a teenage boy.

Bucceroni says the group was afraid Paterno would find out and had no ties to the head coach or Paterno.

While the allegations of a child sex ring are shocking, they have not been proven. The former District Attorney involved in the Savitz case says she was unaware of any connection between the group.

For the Sandusky sentencing, Bucceroni said on a social media site that he is writing a victim impact statement. It's not clear if that will be read.

He says he is cooperating with the FBI and investigators.
