A barn with over seventy calves trapped inside went up in flames today in Lancaster County.
The fire started shortly after 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon in East Drumore Township near the intersection of Mount Hope Road and Church Road.
Luckily the farm owner was able to open the barn doors and get all the calves out safely.
The owner of the farm is still in shock.
It is believed that the fire started due to wet hay stored in the barn that spontaneously combusted.
