On Tuesday around 320 p.m., Southern Regional Police in York County were informed of a suspicious person on Singer Road in southern York County.
A 13-year-old boy got off the school bus and was walking home when a car passed him.
The car, a red Honda, backed up and the driver asked if the boy was lost or needed a ride. The boy said no and started to walk away.
The man then asked him if he wanted candy. The young teen fled, running straight home.
The driver was a white male, 40 to 50 years old and was balding with a beard and mustache.
