Pennsylvania State Police (Troop H) in Carlisle is investigating after the Susquehanna Bank ,30 York Road was robbed for the second time in three weeks.
The bank was robbed again November 15 around 2:55 p.m.
A white male, unknown age, showed a handgun and demanded money.
He is described as wearing a blue shirt, khaki pants and white sneakers. Witnesses say his face was obscured by what they believed to be plastic wrap. He was also wearing sunglasses.
The suspect fled the bank on foot through a nearby residential neighborhood.
It is unknown how much cash he got away with.
No arrests have been made.
