Joshua E. Ozio, 20, of Enola is facing charges following a crash that took the life of his passenger in September.
The crash happened on September 23 around 5 p.m. Ozio was driving Westbound on Valley Street in Enola when he hit a car in front of him, near the area of Pine Hill Road. Ozio's car rolled over after the impact, killing 21-year-old Jennifer K. Helman.
An investigation determined Ozio was traveling around 87 miles per hour seconds before the crash.
Ozio is facing charges including: Involuntary Manslaughter, Homicide by vehicle, Driving Vehicle at unsafe speeds, Racing on Highways, Careless Driving and Reckless Driving.
He was arraigned and unsecured bail was set at $25,000.
